Hatfield Martial Arts Academy, Inc. Boxing Program is as real as
it gets! Our Boxing program utilizes boxing
techniques and training methods used by Professional and Amateur
fighters. As well as being a superior workout
that will develop invaluable self-defense skills, it is the perfect
combination of cardiovascular and muscles training.

of your skill or fitness level, no experience necessary, The Hatfield
Martial Arts Academy, Inc. Boxing
Program has something for everyone.
Our
fully equipped, state-of-the-art, spacious facility, has plenty
of heavy bags, double end bag, upper cut bag,
different sized speed bags, and a 20 foot elevated competition boxing
ring from Ringside.
We
focus on providing an awesome environment for Adults, Men &
Women, Teenagers & Kids 9 & up who wish to
participate in either competitive boxing, to train for amateur/professional
bouts or boxing for fitness, to build
confidence, learn self-defense, tone up and to trim down. The choice
is yours, you can choose to train like a fighter
with or without the fight !

Group
Boxing - is an excellent all-body, cardiovascular workout.
Unlike many other facilities, our Group Boxing
Program is designed and taught by professional and amateur fighters,
NOT an aerobic instructor. You will learn
boxing just like the Pro's and Amateur's, less the contact. You
may bring a partner to start training with or we will
pair you up with a student of your same skill and level. Our Group
Boxing Program is great for beginners to learn
the fundamentals and excellent for intermediate - advance students,
just for the workout or as a warm-up before
you enter the ring to spar.
Sparring
- are strictly for those who want to get in the ring and
spar. While sparing, one of our coaches will critique
your skill and help you better your game. Sparring is not limited
to competition fighters only, any student can give it
a try. Through sparing, students will quickly enhance and improve
their boxing skills, plus develop a much higher
level of confidence in using their skills when needed. Sparring
will help prepare you for a self-defense situation or a
competition bout in a fun, safe and controlled environment.
Youth
Boxing - ages 9 to 12 is a non-competitive learning experience
that no kid should do without. Our Kids Boxing
Program will enhance your child's ability to focus, build confidence,
learn respect, discipline, control and self-defense
as they become physically fit. Kids really enjoy our Youth Boxing
Program because our Instructors train them just like
the Pro's train, (with little to no contact) utilizing the same
training methods and techniques, in a fun, safe, controlled,
reward feeling environment. Kids start to see and feel the benefits
of Boxing right away and Parents notice a more
confident, respectful, proud and happy child.
Personal
Coaching - provides one-on-one coaching to help you get the
most out of your workouts.
